Payment Terms

  • A credit card number is required to hold your first
    appointment time.
  • We will not run the card unless that is your preferred method of payment, if
    you don't show up to your first appointment, or if you cancel with less than
    24 hours notice (see cancellation policy).  In those cases, one standard
    tutoring appointment will be charged to your card.
  • Payment is expected at the time of first service unless
    other arrangements have been made.

  • Payment for monthly rates must be paid for in advance to
    receive discounted pricing.

  • Payment for each set of new appointments is due on the
    LAST appointment of the current set.

  • Payment can be made in cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

  • Checks should be made payable to Tutor 180, LLC.
